I'm an Assistant Professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at Peking University. My research interests lie broadly in geophysical fluid dynamics, turbulence, ice-ocean interactions, eddies, and tides.
Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at MIT, where I worked on submesoscale ocean dynamics and bottom boundary layer turbulence. I received my Ph.D. from UCLA, where my research focused on ice–ocean interactions.
I'm currently recruiting postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and undergraduate students. Please feel free to email me if you are interested in joining our group.
